thanks dude, i always see people put their sticks down not knowing its best to use it after a jab, that way they get close, i always do it too early and they flip the ball over my stick

I'm looking for a new stick. I play division one highschool leval and is looking forward to play in college i was wondering if you know of any good brands that you've had a good expierience with. My position is link ( Mid-field ) and is looking for a medium weight stick , less the 25 for the bow, and about 37 inches. looking for power and exellent control. please comment back thank you.

At 3:05 i do this very often but then the attacker falls down every time and get it against me what can i do
