@imthedeadlycracka I don't know for sure, but because it is an MMO Sandbox game, I'm deducing yes you will be able to customize your character's appearance and clothes... possibly stats (it seems to be a game where you scavenge a lot along with build). @Smash3x they are making a PC version, its being code named class4 for the moment, its going to be a lot more multiplayer orientated which is going to be pretty cool. (class 3 will probably support multiplayer with many people but you can more easily do so on a PC so expect many hundreds of people playing in one map for class4)

That's a cop-out answer. Lots of games do both Xbox360 and PC great, it just takes skilled gamer designers to not F it up. Left4dead 1 and 2 were awesome on both. It all depends on the designers skills. Not to mention if they did it on both you'd have a larger fan base therefore more money to make your game even more epic.

I recently played a game called Orcs Must Die! that I purchased from Steam on my PC. It is also on the Xbox360 as a Arcade title. Why can't this pull double duty as well? There are millions of people on PC who would love this game. I myself do not have a 360 and won't purchase one just for one game title, no matter how cool it is.
