@Suzysoffice Thank you Suzy. It took me a while to get back to this size .. the main thing on trying to slim down is watching what you eat. As soon as I started cutting out fried foods, heavy starches like white rice & bread and started eating more fruits, veggies, and lean meat .. it helped my body cut down.
