We have all done it, sitting in a traffic queue etc. You are probably not the only one with this issue no, but the size of your issue is bigger than everyone else's :@}

i completely agree - everyones done it - including myself, but my only issue was the amount of time she kept her hands off it. It just annoys me as ive dealt with numerous PI claims by careless drivers.

To be fair, the whole premise of the show was the fact that she was driving in that way and teach her to consider her driving.

don't also forget if you look at the edit there was a lot of "Time Lapse" photography done as she was driving down the same piece of road at different times, otherwise it was one hell of a long road. She obviously and subconsciously carries out the same habit on the same stretch of road. I wonder if she would do it if she took an unfamiliar route to work, for the first time. That would be interesting, as she would have to "learn" the new route first, which would require increased concentration.
