Where do you live? I'm moving there right away :-). In Poland 80% of all supervisors behave like that.

I LIVE IN USA AND IM PRETTY SURE NOT ALL SUPERVISORS BEHAVE LIKE THAT. like i said there is ways n' ways to make feel a person hes/shes garbage... not screaming in their faces... or calling them stupids or showing them a bad face. take my advice if your boss behaves like that just walk away without saying anything, get a new job and thats it... nobody needs to be treated that pay to get a check at the end of the week... MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Thank you for care and advice. Fortunatelly the fact I noticed is still my OBSERVATION of my friends's supervisors. But even if I were them, I wouldn't give up the job too fast. In Poland it's quite difficult to find a job that allows you to afford your family's food.
