  • Michael Arnstein a.k.a. "The Fruitarian" is the best example of what can be accomplished with the 80/10/10 diet. He has excellent videos answering common questions on youtube. Great work, Michael!

  • how to you get iron? i am iron deficient. i have been vegan for 3 years and raw 811 for 5 months and my blood test came back saying im really low in iron. any suggestions?

  • @paline07 To bring your iron levels up drink a smoothie of apples, oranges and various greens every day. When you mix greens with a fruit high in citric or malic acid (like apples) it doubles the bodies ability to absorb iron.

    Yes but they have to be RAW and soaked and sprouted !

    Nuts are fruits, so yes for the nuts: en. wikipedia. org/wiki/Nut_(fruit) "A nut is a hard-shelled fruit"

    However, many culinary "nuts" aren't true nuts and are actually seeds. These include: Almond, pecan, walnut, Brazil nut, Candlenut, Cashew, Pine nut, Pistachio. Since fruitarians say they don't eat seeds, I don't they would eat those non-true "nuts". Peanuts are also not true nuts, but they are botanically fruits, so fruitarian-OK.

  • @hitssquad Fruitarian is not an all fruit diet. Seeds are fine.
