@RockerHeartJoe92 That happens sometimes with some of my families (i'll tell u after) what i do is just move them 2 a new home but if they're stuck on a community lot i can't help u there. That happened to my sim family when the parents went 2 sleep they froze there and I deleted them!!! (that was b4 i knew 2 move them) They were my favorite and very 1st family!! (SNIFF) the Martinez family...

I've taken care of 4 babies on sims lol twin sisters had twins so there were 4 babies and one sister died so the other one had to take care of the 4. i actually did it with no problem it wasnt hard at all =))

My sister sold my sims 2 online and I didnt even know, i was looking for it for ages, and i asked her and she goes 'i dont know' and then i was real sneaky and searched her account of ebay and found her history. How evil of her, because it was limited edition and i was looking for ages. Now i ordered another but its only the original, gutted. Evil older sisters.

@skoowy do shift + crl+C and do this without the quotes " moveObjects on" (then "moveObjects off " ounce your done) and delete them. Trust me it doesnt actually delete them. go to neighborhood, then click on the lot again. TADA! they're unstuck. it happened to me ounce...

idk try boolprop testingcheatsenabled true... then shift click a the non-frozen sim and press spawn ''rodney's death creator'' and depending on if you can click on the other sims... click on them and choose how they die. if you can't click on the other sims... you might just want to exit the lot without saving. *hope this helped* : )
