I remember a clip that used to be posted here where Kate talked about how she and Cheryl Ladd did not get alone. Shows what a tremendous actress she was/is ... you never would have know it be wathing them together on screen.
The impact this show had on the world was remarkable. Kate was a pro. She knew that the money was in the original angels. Plus, the fact those three girls really had a tight bond together. A friendship that remains to this day. Cheryl Ladd was on far longer,but she will always be thought of as Farrah's replacement. Not fair but, reality. She deserves credit for doing it well, and having the guts to try.

The sandwich is supposedly her evidence that she does eat enough, and witness her bare-faced lie that things are going wonderfully with Cheryl Ladd. It seems that Mike isn't fooled; he would've heard all the stories before he came on set. Watch part 3 of the interview, where Kate doesn't stick around during Cheryl's interview, making a lame excuse she's needed for filming.
I think you see things here what you want to see, and not like they really are. This was only the third episode wich they shoot together, they relationship gone bad later. By the time of this interview Kate could really think that things are okay. Besides there's absolutelly no evidence of her so-called difficult nature on the set, it is only an interview, we don't see her filming here, just talking. (Pardon me my bad English, I'm not a native speaker)
