Mobilicity is NOT under ANY sort of investigations, this is pure bullshit. This is a fantastic company that has taken a great idea and RAN LIKE HELL with it in Canada. This, is NOTHING but pure win.

i recently switched from Fido to Mobilicity :-) thanks to the sales clerk at Guildford... he was very helpful in everything i asked of him... i am very aware that this provider is still expanding its coverage in the Lower Mainland and White Rock is not covered as of this writing, as the website says. But to my surprise, the signal in White Rock is great! i always get clear reception and it is NOT long-distance. if you want a good network on a tight-budget, Mobilicity is the answer!!!

I thought Wind Mobile was the worst phone in the world, then I switched to Mobilicity. There is a new champ in town for the worst service - Mobilcity. I was told it was good anywhere in Toronto. I was on the corner of Bay and King and could not get a signal. I can't believe these third rate idiots are still in business.

Let me tell you guys little story which I had today with this company. I live in British Columbia,Coquitlam. Today I decided to go one of them store at Coquitlam centre to check it out about all this unlimited services and more.

I was shocked by sale person ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR at Coquitlam Centre. Can you imagine guys, he didnt stand up from his chair nor spoke with me just like other cell phone companies does. He was so unpolite!!

@H1N1V1ru5 They all do the same. I went to a furniture store looking for a couch. The fucking guy was all over me. I walked out from there. Those are usually poorly experienced sales people and don't know what they're doing. My friend went to one of their stores in Toronto, and he wasn't pushed around. He told them he'd be back and the guy gave him his card and that's it.

till november 7 2010 they have this great promotion for 25$ : u get the 45$ plan for a cost of only 25$! so basically....its cheap and it includes alot such as unlimited text/ talk/long distance/ voicemail,3way,call forwarding.. really good.i just got my phone today and included this plan. smart is the way to go...

I have been with them for about a month, so far they have stollen money out of my account 3 times!, they can't even change my online sign in name they tell me I must open a new account to do that?, when they know they are guilty of stealing money from your account they will hang up on you and when you call back to talk to a supervisor they will tetll you it was there phone that did it? (maybe they are right because my phone doesnt even work in half of the city and I live right downtown Toronto!)

When i was with Rogers and got the "free phone" i stuck to my contract for 3 yrs and when it was up, i assumed that my monthly bill would drop having fulfilled my contract but no. They said its ot gonna happen and they dont care if i pick up another phone or not but they are still gonna take the same amount of money from my account. WTF???

I bought a phone and got a plan under false pretenses that I was to be provided service in a covered area. I am right in the middle of their supposed coverage area and I have to re connect to the network every 2 - 3 minutes. I brought my phone back for a replacement and the lady was outside trying to connect to the mobilicity network. This company is NOT ready to provide the service, they should NOT be selling phones to anyone!

Very bad impression, Doing without any feasibility they lauch south asian package. After two months when many people cancel their valued plan with other compnaies. like me I was having unlimited from fido, I can't get again. I think they scam and they trapped south asian people. After 2 months they realized they are loosing money. Some people are planning to sue them because they cheated to people for south asian plan.

I will say positiivly that it is great they have a sony ericson flip phone, is great but if I have to pay more money when you can buy it unlocked and use it on wind mobile or new chat-r for service that doesn't have hidden costs like $3.00 to pay your bill or at least have option to buy top-up in a store, it makes no business, let alone personal sense, more like ripping off sense (which btw they don't mention this info on their website!!!). SOUNDS HIDDEN OT ME!

@lukehard242 that's if you pay your monthly fee after your anniversary date, or if you go to a dealer to make a payment. if you pay online or at a corporate store then there is no 3.00 dealer fee. although there are only a few corporate stores you need to take into consideration that this is a new cell phone company...

@ProductiveProduction That's not what they told me when I called more than once to make sure. they say if you pay for your bill at any mobilicity store the charge is $3.00 which they don't mention this amount on their site at all by the way.

wind is new and doesn't charge it (not that I like wind, because I do not like supporting such corrupt people). (see my video on truth of wind of interested!)

You know something, I was going to switch to these guys, But here's why I'm staying away 1) Their website sucks.. badly. Hard to navigate, broken links. 2) Lack of stores in the GTA. (according to their site, their closest store is at keele and Lawrence 3. There are 0 reviews online regarding their service. Who REALLY knows what their coverage area is like?! 4) Their Phone prices are higher than WIND's (I.E BlackBerry 9700). I am currently on Fido, have been a customer with them since 2001

There is a new company coming out with rogers called CHAT-R, which is unlimited tlak and text on RELIABLE rogers network,I'd rather go with new guys but at mobiliicity, we are about ripping you off, charging more than wind mobile, $45 instead of $40, THANK YOU VERY MUCH?!?!!?

There are MANY hidden catches. Example, if you pay your bill in the store, it costs $3.00!!! (what a joke!). Also, $25 unlimtied talk is really great, BUT you CANNOT add voicemail or text (not even pay per use). the $35 plan is not good as you can't add on voicemail either!!! Wind mobile is cheaper at $40 a month including voicemail 50 text,unlimited province wide calling all the way to hamilton. I want mobilicty to be bettter but it's marketing bs. Oh btw you can't view balance on your phone.
