If it's an independent artist, then just google their contact info (you'd be surprised how easy it is to contact them). If a recording studio is the actual owner of a song, (not the song artist) then you need to talk to them - all the major recording studios (and most artists) have a website and on that website look for a contact page or something. keep in mind tho that the bigger the studio, the more money they will ask for in allowing you distribution rights.

Actually, artists do not have the right to use youtube if the creators deny that artist permission to. If anyone uses your video (even famous people) without your permission and you want them to take it down - all you have to do is file a dispute with YouTube (just like artists can do to you the other way around) - I'm guessing everyone in this video either gave consent or has not disputed the use of their content and that's why this video gets to stay up.
