LOL - imagine this happening today. Cocker clearly has a physical ailment like Parkinson's. This would be considered mocking. But political correctness is for sissies. Great stuff.
@surfer53 He doesn't have Parkinson's he's always done that weird arm flailing thing, but we all respond to music in different ways, so who am I to judge
Honestly, what in God's name are people thinking?? Of course Cocker knew he was coming out, of course he obviously admired Belushi's tribute to him. Notice Cocker doesn't even look over when he pops up, singing. In fact, once Cocker takes his shirt off, he very clearly grins with joy! How can anyone think he didn't know it was going to happen??
This shows us that Joe had a lot of sense for humour. A great piece of music history and of comedy as well. It's so sad that John went to early but through his art he will never die. So long buddy and thanks for all the laughs.
@dustygroove Never doubted for a second that he was O.K with it, Imitation being the sincerest form of Flattery. Besides he(Joe) had to know it was coming, they do rehearse this stuff!! John was dead on with it &Joe was a good egg about it I thought!!!
@dustygroove Cocker apparently loved it - he described himself as being in "hysterics" the first time he saw Belushi's tribute to him. Look how happy cocker is at 1:20!
It really shows how classy and talented a guy he really is by taking it as a joke.
Seriously,.....WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH JO COCKER !!?? : ) To funny,..classic Belushi.

Ceejemoose88 2 years ago
@Ceejemoose88 No. He was clean and sober at this point. So when Belushi offfers him a beer, you see him politely say no.
