@guekman "Parachute" is a song played by Guster. Coldplay made one (of about a minute long) called "Parachutes" (in the Parachutes album). Someone probably made a mistake and listed this song under Coldplay. Same happened to me. I heard this song on a party and I was told it was by Coldplay. Then I found it was by Guster and oh boy, what an AMAZING but underrated band :)

Would you expect to give stuff away for free hoping that someone will pay you for it "someday"? Where does it stop? We demand free music, and then free concerts and then free merchandise. People who say music should be free are just selfish freeloaders who are just trying to appease their guilt.

@gudanawiri i'm saying when i download something i generally end up going to but the music anyhow. sometimes i download things because i cannot physically find it anywhere. you do know that many concerts that cost a lot is because the venue knows they can get people to pay more to see that artist. i'm just glad that you have high enough morals for all of us.

I had the same mix up as loads of people. I tried to download Coldplay's 'Parachutes' years ago, and because Limewire is so crap I ended up with this song... which I love!

It's only recently it sprung to mind, 'this OBVIOUSLY isn't Coldplay!' :S

I actually downloaded this song downloading coldplay songs on limewire. This is one of my favourite songs of all time, but i cant say i like the band itself more then coldplay, after looking at other guster songs i was dissapointed, this song i find is a lowly diamond in a hillside of normal minerals. Im not saying dirt cuz its not that bad. but. there are few songs of them i thuroughly enjoy.

actually, i wouldn't be surprised if guster themselves swapped Colplay for their name on whatever engine you stole the song from. They have a history of doing wacked stuff like that.

When their 4th album came out they released 10 tracks of cat noises under their name on Limewire. It was basically just them with bad guitar singing "Meow Meow Meow..."
