@MGOStealth yo dude i turned on RGB FULL and SUPER WHITE ON and then i compared it to RGB LIMITED and SUPER WHITE ON. The results where---> RGB FULL and SUPER WHITE ON = MORE BRIGHTNESS and and better color and the RGB LIMITED AND SUPER WHITE ON LESS BRIGHTNESS. So which one you recommened?

Listen people the PS3 was always better on multiplatform games, its just the people who had the PS3 set it to limited and not full of which full is ALOT better. You have to understand that the PS3 on full rgb can match almost up to the PC. To all PS3 players out there if you have a PS3 and an HDTV set the display settings from limited to full if you have not so, trust me when I say you'll see a difference.

@TheB3y What he is showing you is true the problem is when people compare they are showing the PS3 in it's factory setting "RGB Full Range (HDMI)" is always set on limited while 360 factory setting is on full. now what he did he set the RGB Full Range (HDMI) set to full on PS3 and now you get this result. Not many PS3 owners are aware of this the reason PS3 owners are posting this is to show all the PS3 owners to know that if you own an HDTV then set the RGB setting to Full.

@greyfox129 You should only set the RGB @ Full Range if your Tv supports it.. otherwise you loose to many shades of black and you get chrushing blacks. Same goes for the 360 you should use standard. My Panasonic 50G20 dont support full range. And i feel that the xbox is darker even though im running it in standard. Only way to know is to use this test picture. If you cant see all 24 Squares then the setup is wrong, try changing the settings. Cheers!

@greyfox129 Shit you're right i forgot to add that part in there. My HDTV supports it my test picture worked fine a year ago so i forgot to mention that. thanks for adding that part in there.

It's why the picture on Xbox games presents itself to appear more vibrant than the PS3's darker visuals because of the bluray technology. Xbox has better shaders, but PS3 has the ability to produce greater physics than the 360 could because of its cell processor.

What the hell storage technology have to do with shaders? :p 360 got simply newer GPU, if not Cell's GPU-like functions to support older RSX GPU PS3 could not compete also this reducing processing power of Cell, if only Sony would be a more smarter they could equip PS3 with something newer, PS3 would have bigger advantage with Cell.

It's true alot of console multiplat games are better on 360 since it's architecture is like a PC while PS3 is using something different, which is harder to program for.

But then I do most of my gaming on PC, so I couldn't care less about PS3 multiplats.
