  • A good breeder in Europe (Holland) is SIDIS Boerboels. I got my puppy from them. Passionate breeder with beautifull puppy's! He has not often a litter (only breeds when enough reservations), but always looks for the best dogs he can find to breed with (internet, other breeders, shows, etc.). In my opinion the best!

With only 10 months my dog weights 55 Kg and I think will finaly be around 70 à 75 Kg! :-)

  • Boerboels are amazing. Our family lived in Africa for a year, found out about the breed there, bought two, and brought them back to the states w us. My sister got really bad malaria over there and we weren't sure if she was gonna make it. Her boerboel wouldn't eat and refused to leave her room untill she was back to health. They are one of the most loyal dog breeds you will find. Your boerboels look better than most of the others I've seen online

  • nice dog hombre

  • I am so happy to see someone, who takes guarding breeds seriously and realizes that extensive socialisation is one of the most important things a dog like this can learn. Way too many people use guarding breeds as penis-enhancers rather than trying to bring out the sociable side of their dog. The fact is that Boerboels don't need any guarding training - they'll do that on their own. It is everything that needs nurturing.

  • Fine dog M8;)

    /Mats

  • what does that mean, very strong dog instincts?

  • boerboel are the shit son

  • I would love to have one someday, he looks like a great dog for the country

  • good video my dad has a boerboel and he is 9 months old and hes name in munson

  • u mean your dad is 9 months old? uuummm

  • i have a 13 weeks boerboel, just love her!

  • how long is there life span?

  • 12 years

  • @urieldishi the usually live somewhere along the lines of 12 to 14 years or something like that im not all sure but i think im right..lol..

  • Beautiful dog, I had a one who used to pull me everywhere :)

  • lol a BB would own a pit anyday...but why would you want them to fight anyway? the only thing i would ever want my dog to fight is a person trying to rob me or a dog trying to attack me...other than that i would want a dog to be a companion....shit

  • @intrnalbleedingizfun

those 100.000 bloodsucking dickheads should read this

but wonder if it will help, they like animals in pain, fuck them

  • @intrnalbleedingizfun yea u are right.. i currently have a boerboel and before that i had two pit girls and i can honestly say the boerboel would kick both their asses at the same time!

  • Great informative video - got advice! Lovely to hear your treating him so beautifully with proper socialisation and working on bringing out the softer and nurturing side to him - too many people I see in my park have guarding/fighting breeds which they just concentrate on making aggresive - and are proud of it, even though they have no idea how to handle it - they just think it makes them look strong!

  • Is this male from Dopper Boerboels? It looks a bit like it is.

  • Boerboels are great dogs, however beware of "Wobblers Desease" I bought two from S. Africa and had to put one down at the age of 2 due to Wobblers.

  • If your thinking about buying one?

That was very sound advice sir.

If people would do the homework on the dog they are thinking about buying ,But hey nice looking dog .

You are a credit to this fine breed,

  • nice boerboel

iv been thinkin of getting 1 for a while now

    i used 2 have a female rottie

the only thing that puts me off them is that if i bring some mates round

will we all be able to sit in the same room with out the boerboel attacking?

i just dont want them randomly attacking my mates

    will they?

    or not?

  • where can i get a boerboel in england and how much are they from a decent breeder

and how much is obidient lessons

  • arnt these breeds aligeal in the uk

  • I own a boerboel mastiff, he's means well and I could've never had a better dog. my 4 year old neice plays with him and he's never nipped or come at her at all. very good dogs! EXTREMELY LOYAL and loveable!

  • good for kid's????

    mmmmm

  • yes like canecorso its a farm dog not fight dog .

many people think that just because of their looks. these are very inteligent dogs.

better yet if you come near these kids and you got bad intention ...before you can get near them yourre ........they sense it before you even thought of it.

if you are good to them and his fam. they tread you better...

  • canecorso is a guard dog.

here in italy 2 weeks ag a canecorso kiiled a 10 month child. Was inside the dog garden and the baby lived there (son of the owner) .

a 50kg dog acan be dangerous if u think to be a good owner but if you don't know hw to grow a dog like that.

"they sense it before...."??? WHAT???? PLZ learn something about dogs comunication, signals, education, training.... something scientific.

  • thats terrible ofcourse

well you give the answer your self ,its the owner who lets his kid of 10 month alone.i was talking about 4/5yrs old kids like soulman.learn about dogs?every human got fermons in its body and dog detect them very easely, thats how they know if youre allright, bad ,sad, agressive, nervous and etc.and a 10 month child doesnt know

not to look langer then 2 sec in a dog his eyes, never approach a dog straigt ahead, stop following when its walked away after the first time etc...

  • wasn't alone was with grandma tha baby was sleeping inside the cradle outside in the garden.

the dog "probably" (?) decided that the cradle was something not "good" or something like that... :(

the REAL problem is that some dog's need really prepared owners.

they tought to have a nice family dog and grow the corso as a "carlino"...

  • outside in the garden !!??nothing wrong with that but as we both agree these kind of dogs dont accept several alpha figures.

and then again ,it has to do with the kind of socailizing of the dog and there only one responsible for it...the owner by underestimating his dog who always wil try to climb up in its social struture.and that goes for every dog from beagle to jackrussel and from a teckle to kangal.

  • helo can you let me know the height of this boerboel and where I can get a good boerboel from.
