U ask them what there childhood was like, and it's playing with ur older brothers friends out on the pond, or shooting pucks into an old dryer in there basement. They r not the flashiest. They r not the best. But they love there game. And they have the most heart. That's why they won the Stanley cup last year. And that's why they will win it again this year.

@HRussel117 The size difference and the exposed stachion were the reasons why the injury occurred. There was no intent to injur, just to launch him over the boards. If Chara wanted to be a dirty player like a Matt Cooke, then alot of players would be sitting at home in the dark right now. And how many times has Chara been suspended? And now how about Pacioretty? :)

@HRussel117 It was a clean hit. Its unfortunate that he actually got injured, and unfortunate in the spot on the ice that he got hit. I know how exactly Chara plays, i've watched him for years when he was a Sen, and I agree that him hunting down Pacioretty wasnt a mistake, but whether you think so or not it wasn't on purpose. The injury that is. Either way hes up and playing great, which is good for him. Maybe you should stop being a Hypocrite and learn the game yourself.

@Lonny144 ..yeah I payed lots of attention to the play, MP dumped the puck at the blue line, and he was hit about the center line...that's 15 feet.. that's late...besides he was given a penalty on that very aspect of the play...therefore my argument IS valid...learn the rules...and on the high hands, just because a player is taller, gives him no more right to put them up on a players head than a guy who is shorter....

@putrozza That's because Chara made a clean hit on an opposing player who had the puck, there just happened to be a board there. Should Chara have waited a second until he passed the board? Yes, probably but maybe he didn't even realize it was right there. When Horton was hit, the opposing player intentionally blindsided him, leaped into the hit to make it even harder and it was way late after Horton had passed the puck off. Learn hockey and watch the replays before you start posting trash.
