  • @SubZeroMG4u Me too. XD

  • Don't mind my name, I made this account to call out an anti-Semite on some hilariously baseless claims.

    But on to my point.

There's no such thing as toning. There is only muscle gain, and fat loss. Having more muscle can cause greater fat loss because muscle consumes calories merely by existing on your body, but you can have all the strength in the world and still look flabby.

The so called "toned" look is just a low body fat percentage.

    There is no magic solution.

    There is only willpower.

  • @GrowUpYouIdiotChild Thanks for the comment. Actually there is such a thing as toning. All muscles have a neurological tone or tonus as it's referred to in physiology. This is the resting length of the muscle and it can be hypertonic, isotonic or hypotonic. It's very easy for us chiropractors to see it and feel it.

So when you exercise you are usually creating greater tonus of the musculature that will give your muscles a tighter fitter look. Thanks

  • @drgratale you totally just pwnd LOL way to go

  • really love this workout you can really feel it working, especially the next day, all your videos are amazing thank you so much xoxox

  • actually its not easy for fat people to do push ups... experience talks! the most i can do is 2!

  • @ganavinay

    I do only 7 or 8 push ups @ 25 age

  • i have watched 10 different videos on this and they all suck! my arms are already huge i dont want them all muscle! i just want them skinnier...thanks for nothing =/

  • dat neomi is HOT

  • If I may, how often do I do this, say per day or week?

  • @TheLocalDJ This series of exercises can be done every other day. Remember, the rule of thumb is the more intense the workout, the more time needed for rest and recovery.

  • @drgratale So pretty much the more I do per day, the longer I gotta rest and give my arms a break, right? Well thanks! :D I had a silly remark to make but I forgot what it was, so thanks again :-)

  • Thanks for the video, looking to tone my arms since I'm getting into being fit not just skinny. I'm a girl and in gym class we're not allowed to do "girl push ups" our teacher says it doesn't do anything. I've never done them because I never felt like they were working so I just do the regular ones.

  • thanks so much. it was so helpful!!!

  • nothing owrks u can only lose weight in dieting lol jks ;D

  • omg phew! i thought u were serious cuz my arms are HUGE

  • Incorrect. I have plenty of overweight patients who eat little but don't work out. Only working out will increase your metabolism and burn the fat provided you watch what you eat.

  • can fat people do real push ups? i have a girlfriend who's 240lbs and she says she can do 20 pushups straight w/o stopping! however she's a habitual liar but i'm curious can fatpeople do push ups? does weight have any effect on how well u can do one or how many u can do?

  • @mamie4784 Im 240 probably 60 pounds overfat, i could hit like 25 pushups, i guess it depends on how much muscle you got...

  • @drgratale It's true. I've battled with my weight since I was a child. I finally made a concerted effort three years ago to change my weight, and lo and behold; it's the COMBINATION of serious exercise AND watching what I eat that made a difference. Just eating better always made little difference after a certain point for me, and I found out very quickly that it's virtually impossible to counter bad eating with exercise. You have to do both.

  • @drgratale Definitely true. I used to only eat two small meals a day, had low muscle mass, and only ever gained fat. After working out and gaining muscle I eat about four times more and my waist line is about six inches slimmer.

  • I love doing this graceful, powerful excercise! The model is excellent and lovely. I appreciate the quality of this video, thank you :)

  • r u sure it works
