I wonder what this movie could have been if it had a better script. It reminds me of Invasion of the Boddy Snatchers or that old movie, Day of the Triffids. One thing is for sure, the audience I saw the movie with was stunned, and I don't mean that in a positive way.

The Village and Lady in the Water were kind of fake, but I really liked Signs and the sixth sense and I was really looking forward to a new movie from m. night shamalongadingdong. This movie was NOT what I expected and I personally didn't like it much.

You're clearly missing the whole point of the movie. I think you should think outside of the box and think more into airborne diseases or airborne chemicals.

The plants give off toxins that are airborne and anyone who come into contact with the toxins will result in the loss of speech, the loss of directions and also the loss of life.

The wind itself only acts as a transport for the deadly toxins that the plants are giving off. Its a sign that shows that the plants mean business.

The point is that I go to the movies to watch a movie, not a stupid storyline about angry Grass, Trees and Flowers, at least the main actor shouldve died to make the movie a little interesting.
