@Esupikus chuck norris doesn't have a coding to kill off most of the Orochi edits that use 12P mode. Shoop da whoop is a failure as i see it.

@Vulsroy top 10 strongest mugen characters i have: 1st. my version of God - snaps fingers and all opponants die instantly 2nd. Ultimate Chimera - one hit kill 3rd. Chuck Norris - upper cut kills instantly 4th. Flandre Scarlet - only if i'm playing as her, she's my best and favorite character 5th. The None's Giygas - horrifying, hard as hell to kill, and very strong 6th. Ronald McDonald 7th. Light Yagami 8th. Miku Hatsune 9th. Hollow Masked Ichigo 10th. Michael Jackson

Currently I would have to say it would have to be either Devils' Eye Or Crazy Catastrophe to be the strongest mugen characters. A Video show's Crazy Catastrophe killing off Devils Eye but I have not yet tested it out.
