US, British, and Russian (hardly allies) intel said there were weapons of mass destruction, so based off that intel we gave an ultimatum, which was not met then invaded. Justified. These yahoos that say it isn't justified should just ask the 5 million jews from 1938 (before they were butchered) what they'd have done with Hitler. Sadaam was equally evil.
