We took a part in the meeting, that was organized by Virginians Organized for Interfaith Community Engagement (VOICE) announcing a campaign to demand financial institutions to correct the mortgage modification and foreclosure process and create a multi-million dollar fund to help rebuild communities devastated by the foreclosure crisis and the lack of accountability on the part of the banks to help keep people in homes
Our community is suffering because of foreclosures, that take place next to our homes, it happens to our neighbors, relatives and friends.
