its a Bisimoto cam stage 2. i was adjusting the valves...thats why the valve cover is off and we are running it to see how it is really quick...not for fun. Yes the cam does alot for your car....most of your power is generated through the headwork done to the car. No i am not turboing this car. i like straight motor.

i think your car with all those parts and a good tune will do about 700+ WHP

with a stock dsm turbo manifold and a 2 and a quarter inch exhaust and advance timing with nitrous and then retrd timing so you can tune, so you dont rich out at high rpms. and dont forget to put in oil so your motor and turbo wont blow. oh yeah and you should use an STI intercooler, i heard really good reviews on those

The engine was not full of oil for sure. I've started a few engines without the valve cover to check for blown oil pumps. It would of shot out and all over. But it's ok to run without oil for 10 seconds like they did. The damage happens when you run it a long time and/or hot, without oil.
