Finding What is Real - Advanced Enlightenment with unASLEEP

Watching your videos gives my body a headache until I realise that it is me, and not my brain that I am using to understand. Even further, I do not have to understand because I already know.

But fear stops me.

I was unafraid at work today and things went so differently.

I had to get grapefruit juice from the dry storage, but it was labelled ocean breeze on the box. I knew ocean breeze was grapefruit juice. How I know this I do not know. But I just know sometimes. I also see the future sometimes

But fear also only stops me because I let it, though this is a concept I have yet to fully grasp. For if I did, my life would be very different, but oddly enough I think I would still be commenting on this video.

Funny, I just closed my eyes and put my hands behind my head and my arms out, and there was more space inside my head and I could feel it transcending...don't know if that's the right word...through my head.

But, there is the possibility (to explore) that the "reflection" is all that matters. Only a "reflection" can focus on that which is aware. A "difference" can only be made in the universe of reflection.

Hello hozho1 - very glad you stopped by. And, of course, you're correct: (The appearance of) Changes can truly only be made to what is reflected in the puddle.

However, the fun part we all overlook is this: *Everything* awaits to be reflected in the puddle. From the stockroom of all possibilities do these reflections arise, summoned by both the aware and the unaware without distinction. The trick is to be aware that you are bringing them forth. Then we have begun to awaken.
