Personally i don't believe in tiers and my winning with necro and hugo against yun, yang, chun-li etc. backs that up. I am no pro(yet) and i am not bragging(for all that may hate this message) but learn the full dynamics of a character then you can be unbeatable.

@penetr8r713 Winning with characters listed in lower tiers doesn't disprove the idea of tiers because tier placement isn't meant to override player skill anyway -- the misconception that it does is part of the reason there's so much controversy. Yes, the better player wins -- that applies to all competitive games. Tier lists are more like review listings for a game or film: a group of opinions to give a broad view of the subject but can't guarantee a particular outcome.

sf3 has a 6 point juggle system, that means at most 6 air hits, this includes the launcher, however there are ways to add a hit or two at the end on stunned people, like canceling ur last hit or getting a very quick hit in after ur 6th hit.

dudley sweep combo is usually 5 sweep into backswing right? I've never seen 6 sweeps before.

...He fell for the reset FOUR times. Hit down and back on the joystick when you're being juggled - it's not that hard. I mean, You do have to watch for the throw too when you're playing against necro, but four times in two matches is still ridiculous.

Well, yeah, one of juggle starters is a throw, but at 1:20 he falls for a low hit off the reset. I was moreso saying against resets in general. And the best strategy is still block low while being juggled, then react to tech throw. Also, read the last sentence of my previous comment.

... lower tiers? upper tiers? Sadly true... but one thing to remember, every char is good in some ways, and if u can make your opponent play it then u are the winner. If u can read your opponents movement, i mean the frames of the enemy char... and you know your char's frames well, it can a good match. Balance? NO WAY! I cannot see a balance, since some chars have too good frames for some moves. Thats why almost nobody can beat a good chun player...

I wish I could play Necro like that. I've been inspired to start trying Necro out because of this guy. To me, Pino sends the message "Screw tier". This really gives people something to think about before they turn away from a character just because they are low tier. It's skill that matters, not tier. Try characters out and rank them yourself, don't listen to some arbitrary tier list.

Don't run in blindly. Thats just dumb. If you use a character with a lower tier, you HAVE to know your disadvantage, your weakness. They are lower tier for a reason not just for show.

And when you go in professional matches, they are also aware of the handicap they live with, and its an handicap no matter what. You need more skill with a lower tier than with a higher tier for the same battles.

I love low tier user, and support people to use them. But don't be blind, that won't help you.
