Holy hell the ARMOUR ROOM!!!! :D All those complete sets....

In my PS3 game of year edition I can't even by full steel armour sets, have to steal and scavenge from random houses/dungeons! The madness looks awesome :D Can you get this room on PS3 version? I'm addicted to the game even still now but impeeded too much from nothing being really "available" only totally random, I've hit almost every dungeon etc on full map but I get such rubbish and not worth much even with my high mercantle :-(

@michael696925 Oblivion isn't that good on the PS3 or Xbox. Get for the computer and you can do almost anything. That includes going to the testing hall. Not to mention mods. It's well worth the money to get the computer version. And to answer your question, there is no way to get to the testinghall on ps3(Same for Xbox). You need console to type in the code, if you get the computer version you can open console by pressing the tilde key.

My tilde key (~) doesn't work for oblivion so i can't pull the console up, I am running it on steam and a have windows 7. When i press ~ nothing happens the console doesn't show up the mouse doesnt and the game doesnt stop. Could you please reply if you know how to fix the problem, if not thanks anyways.

@TheJeff1488 Look up oblivion console commands on goodle. It will take you to the UESP wiki. Read the main description and it will tell you of some mods you can get that enable console. The website that has the mods is call, tesnexus. Google that if you need any mods.

I don't think that chest is the secret, if you look slightly lower down the mountain there is a coffin with better loot in it, I think the chest is there as a distraction.
