  • hey bryan...i have a slipped disc problem...can i do this yoga routine to lose weight?and how often should i do it? great workout..

  • @decentgal100 That's really a question for your doctor or physio to answer, but my thoughts are if your slipped disc is in the lumbar area you may be able to do this; each time a forward bend is required please bend your knees and turn it into a squatting forward fold and bend your knees in downward dog. Keep the spine long, Try the yoga abs video and use it as a prep. Take the pace slowly and listen to your body. Most importantly breathe, and please discuss with your doctor.
