I guess it has entertainment value, but good god, could they have made this trip any more logistically-complicated or gear-intensive? Much of the 'drama' involved in this series results from the ridiculous amount of stuff and staff that were involved in this (and the Ewan's wife is just ridiculous....). Believe it or not, people have ridden motorcycles around the world without anywhere near this amount of unnecessary junk, and without an entire team of help and support vehicles.

It was when they were in the airline lounge waiting for the plane to Scotland and a woman who wasn't authorized to use the airline lounge was trying to get in and kicked up a huge fuss. It was this very woman who called the police on Charley and demanded they do something; the police should have shot her.

That may be true but as to what was said in the video, Russ plainly said that Charley said the "bomb word". Even Charley admitted he said it and should not have. So what ever actually transpired in the room to cause him to utter that in conversation, it's pretty clear that he should not have. Again, if you do that in a western airport.. the police WILL investigate. Make bank on it.

I recently bought my first motorbike, and am learning about the community of biking. I love this programme, I suddenly have a love for bikes, and I love charlie and ewan, (be careful how you read into that last one! lol)

The more I see of Charlie the more I grow to like him, he's absolutely correct to admit his mistakes, and is a downright decent bloke. Ewan seems like a very deep guy, and very down to earth.
