Note that they do not require us to get "permission to fly". We are still quite able to charter a private flight from an individual or company. Not only do we not need permission there, we do not need to be irradiated or molested by TSA or Canadian thugs. What about my right to own a firearm in Canada... my right to hunt my own food? I walked out of the hunting course because it was a setup so they can take everything I own and toss me in jail. My opinion is that you ARE NOT a member of a particular society because of your presence in a geographical area.....however your Birth Certificate (and you identifying yourself with it) states your alleigence to a "body politic" or "political society". I thought I would ask what their stance on Gov ID was (as the "new" elections laws they advertise says that it is required to register to vote), but in fact you just need a neighbour to "vouche" for you. I got pulled over Dec.3,2010 for an expired registration, then they added the charge of "driving" without a license, to which I quickly challenged using only the distinction between the act of "driving" and traveling. There are lots of caveats to this, it is pretty obvious that they always have to use force to assert their sovereignty, even if it is over themselves!
The problem is that to KEEP their sovereignty they have to have access to resources and this results in land disputes wars, greed and eventually control similar to the courts. WARRANT is simply an attachment process by a LEGAL creditor, no matter the wording, no matter the circumstance, UNLESS it is LAWFULLY issued by a Justice of the Peace (court of record, common law) OR a Grand Jury (common law ONLY). Anything else is CIVIL, and this is NOT ROME, therefore, IS NOT LAW. @younitehumanity ... if I were you I wouldn't walk around assuming so much, you probably haven't had to pay hundreds in fines, arrested on multiple occasions, thrown down in your front yard, and humiliated in front of your whole neighborhood. @younitehumanity You can draw your line in the sand but when you go to court you loose a days wages plus the other costs incurred to get to the court. Then no one wants to give answers and just give you the run around. It's a big dog and pony show.
The $40 parking ticket ends up costing a lot more time and money than it's worth.
I'm not saying people should just accept things the way they are, they shouldn't. But at the same time, if you end up further behind then you were, what do you do?

@Jasn1111 I can always make a buck...but walking out of a court room with a win is priceless. Freedom is NOT free...sometimes there is a price to pay. Furthermore, I don't do this for myself...I'm doing it because it is righteous. I suggest you should do the same.

@younitehumanity Be ready to get fucked in the ass by the judge. I would love to hear about what you have to tell the judge. I got a ticket for driving without insurance and I'm going to have to face the man in the black dress soon. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but one thing I know I'm not going to do is pay their fine. I imagine that I will have to do community service or have to spend a few nights in jail. What do you tell the judge? I need some help!

I am not sure why you want to go to their (CANADA) corporate courts to get answers. Are they under any obligation to tell the truth? Is there any requirement for their court to address your questions-being non-CANADIAN citizen freemen on the land? Have you considered assembling a freeman on the land meeting creating a deliberative body to appoint ambassadors to meet with CANADIAN counterparts like a proper foreign entity would? Please watch:

It seems that there is no obligation for the system to tell you how to break free. No obligation to assist you on leaving the "plantation." No obligation to help, assist, or respond to you-until you show them you are separate and go through all the same steps as a foreign nation/national government seeking recognition and would like to enter into a peace treaty that would be of mutual benefit, but as sovereigns not contractor/contractee.
Maybe I am wrong, but maybe that is way?

Last weekend I was in London, England with around half a million other people and we witnessed plenty of examples of Police Officers not knowing the difference between Laws and Statutes. I even asked a Sergeant if he knew as he was trying to enforce one which removed the rights of entirely peaceful protesters and he couldn't answer. All on camera.
