well it was set at 147 not 154(mayweathers demand) and manny is was set to use 8oz gloves not 10oz(another demand) as for the blood testing manny was on 24/7 having blood taken 15 days before the hatton fight so arum is going to talk to manny and see if he will accept this cause he did say he would do it under the navarda state commission 30days before and after the fight in his changing room(witch i dont c a problem with)but this is the onnly thing holding the fight up!

At this level, you've got to look at two things...Pacquiao's speed, power and aggression vs floyd's defensive genius and counterpunching...I believe the big difference here is that Manny's defense and balance is still not quite up to par...Manny showed he can take a punch against Cotto.
