  • why don't you spend your lifetime developing yourself to be a better person in the society instead. I bet you spend so much time trying to point out what's right and wrong about other but Ooops forgot to look at yourself. Go exercise, go to the gym or something. If your life so empty then maybe try fishing, listen to music, read a book or something. I didn't believe in mormon or anything but to see you keep doing this is STUPID. If you so smart find something else to do in life.

  • All those troublesome contradictions are nothing dont worry be happy

Go ahead ignore the man behind the curtain

  • When Joseph Smith said 'all is as dark as Egypt' he was refering to when the Lord, through Moses, caused darkness to spread over the land of Egypt in Exodus 10:21 :)

  • How so...?

Whitmer simply related what "he" was familiar with, not that there couldn't have been other accounts in different instances he wasn't familiar with.

Knowing the different accounts myself, I'm not seeing anything overtly off.

  • I enjoy these seminars but I have a problem with David Whitmer's characterizations of Joseph Smith's translations.

His characterizations compete with the History of Joseph Smith and many other first hand records.
