  • Very good.

  • it great to see that someone making video show there Progressions with book form gymnastic Body

  • @serumclx Thanks man!

  • Hey cool man! I'm working on L-sit progreesions too!

I'm doing a test to see how long I can do one for tomorrow. I'll post it up.

    Keep up the good work!

  • Yep, you'll learn it faster than me. You gave me an idea, I'll make a video.

    (sorry for my basic english)

  • i can do it on mt fingers and i'm not an athlete.

  • That's... Nice?

  • nice man :) your really strong, i want to learn to be able to do these things but i can only do somersaults as i dont get what excercises i need to do for that sort of strength..what do you recommend?

  • If I can remember to do it I might make a video on L-Sit Progressions, among other things. But, in the meantime, you could check out gymnasticbodies (dot) com.

It's a great website dedicated to building gymnastic oriented strength through bodyweight conditioning. I also recommend buying the rings and book, but the site alone is filled with great information.

    Good luck! =]

  • Thanx :) your right, the site is excellent, but when I tried to buy the book, paypal said there was a problem with the seller's address :S

    did you have that problem?

  • No. But, I have heard of problems ordering if you live in the UK and the surrounding areas.

If you search the forum you should be able to find something about it.

  • I tried, but couldn't seem to find anything :S

have you found anything about it/know of a solution?

Thanks for all your help :)

  • Sorry, I didn't have any trouble ordering the book or the rings.

I hope you can figure it out though, the books is very useful. I would check out the GB WOD too.

  • L-sit is not difficult, it looks difficult.

However good job, now work on the V-sit, i'm learning it.

  • Nice! I think it is easier on the fingertips :)

  • The actual L-sit is easier because you don't have to use your shoulders as much to get up; however, you can see that every time I use my finger tips I rock back and forth... No balance. Maybe it's just me.

  • Really nice mate!!! I see you like gymnastics, but if you want to become strong on parkour, you need to train movement too, the same exercise over and over again will just make you slow, strengh its good but train movement so you can play with both.

I really like what I see. Thanks for the visiting to my channel good luck for trainings.

    Peace Out!

  • I used to be pretty intense on parkour until I started taking gymnastics classes. Now I do competitive gymnastics so parkour is an after though. It's sad really.

I occasionally do get bored and go to the park to play around with movement some.

  • Hey nice work so far! I'm so glad we're getting more guys into gymnastics.

  • Good work matthew.

I find going L-Sit hold... and back to tucked planche, very beneficial.

Kill two birds with one stone.

  • That's normally how I train them, but today I was focusing on my L-Sits. I find that I fatigue much quicker when I do that though.

  • keep traning man ... good shit there

  • Haha, thanks.

  • Good job, I've never tried doing sets of L-sits

  • You are on the gymnastic bodies forum right?

  • Yup

  • Nice :) This is a great exercise, sry for my english.. :( xD

  • Your English is pretty good. Thanks for the comment.
