theres a cheating way to break them in.. im not sure how accurate it works but i know guys that have done it and it works.... u drive around to get the muffler nice and hot and then go to the carwash or something and leave the truck running and spray the muffler with the water.. not really sure how it works but it has something to do with rapid cool down and is supposed to make it louder. idk try it if u want just a thought

I have a 04 titan. I just put a super 40 flowmaster on it but im not happy with it. What size pipes are u running and what lenth chery bomb?

what about the Super 40 dont you like? im running Stock 2.5" Pipes with a 3"In/Out Glasspack thats 23" Overall length.

Do you have the Cats on your truck or no? I just put a Cherry bomb on my 93 Silverado and it didn't change the sound and im trying to figure out if it has a break in period or if i have to take the cats off

Cats are still intact... took a while to break in the glasspack. i took a 700 mile trip after i installed my glasspack and when i got home i noticed a big difference when driving around in town

i got true dual 8 inch glasspacks on my chevy and they are metal now. they arent like the old ones whcih sucks ass but its still loud and i put them in backwards so it doesnt have resistance at all inside the actual glasspack. and they are legal in every state
