The shaman I know manifests love and compassion all around him. He is also a healer and drives out demons. There is nothing bad about astral travel, but if you are not a very strong person, dark spirits will try to scare you, torment you, show you frightening things. Beware of shape shifters. The third eye is not in Hinduism alone. In sufi Islam this inner eyes also exist. It is actually has been said that we have 10 senses. 5 physical and 5 non physical. As the men evolves toward God through acts of purification these other senses are enlivened. Quran talks about creations of Seven heavens and earth which men of God say it means that we simultaneously live in seven realities. In final stage there is no sign of " I " as separate from God as he is totally annihilated in God.

The "higher good spirits" you talk about are still evil but they desguise themselves in angels of light. When I was at your spiritual level, I was thinking like you, they were my friends, I even though they loved me after all the power and abilities they gave me (watch my testimony on sharing-center. com). if we were to do our bit and increase our vibration 1 we would no longer be fooled by these negative spirits. 2 if most of us done this tomorrow by sunrise the next day the negative entities the rule this world will have to leave as they live of negative energys thus doing so they could no longer stay here as by increasing our energies the planets energy would increase and repel them.

u actually think your higher than me i after deep medition and a special form of tai chi well first with my eyes shut could see the sun with all its beautifull colours then i could see a beach it began to surround me and then suddenly i was actually there wow i watched the tide wash up and as i looked down the water crossed my feet icould actually feel the water and the sand beneath my feet. it was real and i never left my room do not tell me this is evil

oh and what you and he did not realise is that every living thing regardless of its nature has a unique vibrational energy now those that dwell in the higher dimentions or heaven and above regardless of there unique vibrational energy they all have a signature in this vibration which means to you and i they can only exist heaven and above . so if you exist in a low vibration your good but energy is low if evil spirit is lieing by anymeans with words pictures etc you cant tell the differance
