Sure. A creative video. This is art. What makes it art is subjective. I think the true subject of this piece is the unseen camera operator. This piece asks the viewer to consider what, if any, purpose the camera operator had in mind for this piece. Is it even their piece? Perhaps the painter is the conceiver of this work and whoever is holding the camera is simply helping. Perhaps they are even unattached to the intention of the piece. Anyways, yep.
