  • how long did it take for you to achieve that body, i got videos to = ] trying to get where you are. also how tall are you if you only weigh 155

  • only thing is, you rest quite a long time in between reps. I have read numerous articles, where it says you should do your reps without any rest at all. every pro i have ever seen trains explosive and non stop.

  • @bigconan that works for the pros, do not follow their example

  • @thegamexxx1234 well, i have also read many articles about how important it is to not rest in between reps. your giving your muscles a chance to recover slightly. What your trying to do is build up fatique in the muscle.

    But, whatever works i guess.

  • @bigconan all that matters is that the muscle/movment is being worked and your are improving in some way. Try to find what works for you.

  • Looks like 2 25lbs plates maybe 40lbs olympic bar? adds up to around 100lbs not bad man looking great you taking anything pree workouts?
