Rights go with duties and obligations. America cannot be compared with Myanmar- which is essentially a democracy and military junta. Nuclear weapons in wrong hands more so military hands has potential to be misused for military adventurism and blackmail of saner nations. Myanmar has choked their democratic leader into confinement, people have no say therefore wont you consider such sensitive stuff dangerous in irresponsible hands ?
