Seems to me that both Drake Bell and Josh Peck are trying to put the whole "children's show" thing behind them. Both of them are being cast in R-Rated movies. Heck, Josh plays in the The Wackness, where he plays a drug dealer. It's cool though. I think they're just trying to avoid being typecasted.
