I hate, I really hate teh sine wave movement. This guy's form would look smooth and efficient if he didn't use that wretched sine wave.

it seems easy, looks it, but i know through experience that it usually isnt that way. even when one learns the pattern like you said there is always something that screws it up and one is never fully satisfied, but all one can do is practise :)
