up till lvl 20 its actuly very easy, but you dont get into the story mutch, but at 25 you begin to hear more of the story and so on. they have fun extra fetures like pancration where you raise monsters and battle other people with them. the new wings of the goddess adds alot of new things as well, i put it on the number 1 spot for games to try.

Its a very fun game, but a difficult one. The stories start at level 25 and get better as you go along. When you get to max level, you find that you've barely touched all the stuff there is to do.

Hello, i have always been a great fan of ff, i started with the seven and, well...stopped there.. 8th wasnt much and 9th a bit better (my opinions) but its hard to come up with something good after ff7... anyway i discovered the mmorpg world with wow a few years ago and im getting pretty tired of it. It looks good, very addictive but hey is boring as hell.

I was thinking to move to a new one and considering my love for ff i was thinking of ffxi...anybody has a few good advices to share? thanks

Machinima is basically done using your own personal camera angles within a game. This was technically a trailer, unfortunately. However, I did use the models for the intro and outro scenes using digital compositing techniques.

FFXI you can play 18 jobs on 1 char though, and its always been 12.95$ +1$/extra char but if you use storage and such you dont even need that.

Both of my brothers played this and said it was terrible.

$13 bucks a month to play, another dollar if you want another character? WTF is that? Meanwhile I pay $15 bucks a month on WoW for 10 characters/server.

Not to mention that if you want to play with a friend, you have to hope you're randomly assigned their server, otherwise someone needs to buy you a WorldPass in game and send it to you.

Great job making a video that makes the game look 20 times more awesome than it really is.

FFXI you get one character, and 18 jobs. Additional characters with the ability to play 18 jobs. So I can make 3 more characters and get more out of my characters than you.

By the time you posted this, there was already a system put into place where you could select the server you wished to create a player on. No WorldPass needed.

With 3/07's update you can choose the server of your choice to play upon. The game is getting better as the years go on by. Any Die hard FF fan would want to play this game. Simply rocks! 4 years and counting of play time for me and haven't got bored yet!

yes. it's an MMORPG, in the same vein as EQ2, Vanguard, or World of warcraft. It's Pretty impressive considering it went live back in 02 & was designed to play on a PS2.

it's still pretty excellent even today.

What rock have you been living under? Treasures of Aht Urghan is for the 360, an expansion and full game. However, this was recorded about a year prior to ToAU's release. In fact, this month is this video's 2nd year online across the internet.
