This song got me through many nights during the mid 80s while I was out to sea on the USS Virginia. You don't realize how you really miss someone until you're 3,000 miles away from them and the only communication is via letter, which showed up ever three weeks by helo. Everyone I knew on the ship included this song on their "Miss Home" tape mix. Thanks for posting this video. It brings back memories.

I discovered Scorpions in 1991 with their Crazy World release. At the time, I knew only three songs, namely Tease Me Please, Send Me an Angel and Wind of Change. Thanks to the Internet though, I managed to discover most of their work, it made them my favourite band. This is just magic guys!

Memories of '80/81 and the many lonely nights as a young adult. Still think it has one of the best rock guitar solos of all time. A piece that tugs at you deep inside. With every note, sustain, bend, arpegio and etc you can actually feel and hear the guitarist heart breaking to pieces. Till today I'm still not sure who played that solo whether it was R Schenker or was it Ulrich Roth or had he left the band by then. (Gonna read up in wikipedia). Top class musicians and composers without a doubt!

@MrGuitarrez Amen buddy! I was there with you. 1980 (18 yrs old) Green River Community College Met this beautiful blonde named Kim. I fell for her immediatly when i seen her. I told my buddy at the time "See that blonde? She is my next girlfriend". He laughed at me. "Yeah right". I said, "you watch". Sure shit she was my girl for the next year. She is the one who turned me onto this album. We even went & seen this concert live. They opened up for Ted Nugent in the Tacoma Dome. Were are you Kim?

This is one of my favorite rock ballads of all time. It reminds me of a girl friend named Kim that i met at College. I remember the first day i seen her. I was 18 first few days of school. My buddy and i were hanging out on the balcony that surrounded the tables below that everyone gathered (student union building).
