I used to be skinny 4-5 months ago, i eat the normal, occasional fast food 1-2 weekly. I just drink muscle milk after each 2 hour work out and that gives me 30g of protein. Though i'm not cut/toned, i do have visible muscles. Just trying to say, if you're looking for an average build, just do your casual and go to a local pharmacy to buy some muscle milk or w/e. You don't need to follow a strict diet, just as long as you don't consume massive amounts of sugar or skip going to the gym.
Okay, I have a question. Now, I know that you were stressing the nutrition part of bodybuilding, but I have a question regarding the workout part: How much do you need to weight train to really get, you know, big. Decently big. I weight train 1 and a half hours each day, six days a week. Is this enough do you think? Also, thanks for this post, it was very informative and helpful! Thanks so much!
You need to mix your milk with protein to build muscle.
