Toboe is a girl. In the Japanese version, I think he was voiced by a male. However, in the english dub, he was voiced by a woman named Mona Marshall, who frequently does the voices of young boys-she was young Ichigo Kurosaki in the Bleach english dub. But Toboe is a boy-remember he was interested in that girl at the start? And when Quent says: "It was you, boy...That night in the snow".

There are a lot of boys in anime voiced by girls. That does NOT make the character a girl. Uzumaki Naruto is voiced by women in both the Japanese and in the English dub. He's clearly male.

Oops. Lol-I actually meant to say "Toboe is NOT a girl"-I said he was a boy twice later on the comment. I didn't notice the typo (obviously). Toboe is my favourite anime character ever, and I know for a fact he's a boy because he fancied that girl at the start, Leara (grrr, stupid Leara!!!!!). But yeah, Toboe's a boy. Quent clarifies it at least twice, as does his relationship with Leara, and I'm pretty sure Tsume probably would have too. Sorry about the mix-up.

Yes I know Toboe is a boy as I already stated in the comment above you I meant to say Toboe IS NOT A GIRL. It was just a typo! And yeah, Blue is the only main female wolf-there was a girl wolf in one of the towns they passed through, but she was only a brief side character.

The reason it doesn't rain is because rain suggests renewal of life while during the anime everything is coming to an end. Snow was probably used just to show how harsh of conditions it was especially how cold.

If you reeeeally wanna know then I'll tell you. At the end everbody dies because Darcia killed them all but Kiba kills Darcia before he himself dies. He unlocks paradise by his blood mixing with Cheza's and then he walks off and dies as the world ends and starts over again. Then you kinda see them reborn in the modern world and that is how the series ends.

Actually he doesn't really die from either of them. Cheza poisons him but that isn't what kills him.

But Cheza's blood is what leads darcia to the lake that zapped and killed him, so she kinda indirectly killed him.

Cheza's blood poison him because "he is not protected by flowers" He is impure indeed, no matter what he claims. The lake he walks into is the gate to the paradise, and he was going to succeed in opening his own kind of paradise if he was "protected by flowers". But he is not, so paradise rejects everything of him, except the tainted wolf eye, which taints the new paradise too.
