And theres enough room for all of your snacks rather than having to shove everything into your lap. And you can talk and use your cell phone freely. Hearing isnt a problem. Just turn your radio to the number on the screen and you can adjust the volume. I hate those indoor movies. I much perfer the drive in.

Do the theaters list the time the movie starts, or when the previews start. Today (cars 2 not to mention a toy story 6 min short) and 3 days ago (transformers). I had an experience with a cryign baby once. The mom didn't try comforting the baby, she just let it cry adn scream for 30 minutes. And another time me and some friends sat way in the back during the movie "Blindside." These people in the corner were almost having sex right there in the theater with us like 7 seats away. I have found that little kid films are pretty infamous for that. I agree that some movies may be boring but still. People pay good money (sometimes $10+) to see these movies and then a little kid wants to ruin it by running up and down the aisle for 20 minutes, and the parents say nothing. Technically, one is supposed to report that to theater mgmt. (and I do from time to time) but nothing ever gets done and I am not going to be complaining every time. Some of these movies really aren't worth it
We were at my friend's birthday watching Harry Potter and this one girl, who my friend had paid for to see it, sat through the wole movie on her phone/ipod completely ignoring it and not watching it.
This is one of the reasons theater attendance is down. it's not just that it's cheaper to stay at home and rent, but you don't have to deal with all the bullshit. Bring back ushers who used to tell people to shut the fuck up. And yes cell phones have ruined the experience too.

A few days before Halloween the movie theater in my town had this ting called "Fright Night". For some odd reason all of the people there thought it was a good idea to make a mess with there popcorn. in about 5 minuets you could not see the carpet anymore because of all of the popcorn on the ground.

Ok, went to go see Megamind and wanted for the whole line to calm down. Once we get inside, the previews come up. And guess what? The Gayest movie ever, Justin Bieber: Never say Never! All the girls are sceaming all over the movie theater. All the guys were booing, and I booed with them. I wanted to get out of there but nope, I wanted to see this movie. Thats why, Im going to rent movies.

2. the most annoying/embarrassing thing that happened/happens was/is me and like 2 or three friends go to the movie to get away from our parents why they stay home and talk bout us.. well like they will happen to show up to the same movie and instead of us teenagers at the back of the theater doing annoying stuff (talk on phones etc;) our parents do it!!!!!!

lol last movie i went to go watch was inception and i was sitting all that way in the back and this guy walks in with a huge jacket on. the reason it was so big was because i think he brought his fridge along with him, and a couple of 40 oz's. so hes opening up his tupperware full of buffalo wings and hes eating loudly, smacking his lips and taking chugs of beer, and some guy tells him to shut up so the dude throws the bottle at him and they just start a fight. I went to watch Fast Five. It was a good movie. I got there early so I could get to the back seats, I got my snack and went to the theater and I heard 8 babys crying! WTF? I had a Monster and I couldnt drink it because teenagers were shoving each other and Monster kept spilling out of my can! I hate movie theaters!

Just imagine you, your mom, and your little siblings (age 5 and 3) and the 5 year old sees her friend and they start running around, screaming, RIGHT in the middle of the movie. Guess who had to get up, chase them, and make themself look like and idiot, I did. Fml. My friends were there too, which i didnt know til the next day at school. -.-

I have found that little kid films are pretty infamous for that. I agree that some movies may be boring but still. People pay good money (sometimes $10+) to see these movies and then a little kid wants to ruin it by running up and down the aisle for 20 minutes, and the parents say nothing. Technically, one is supposed to report that to theater mgmt. (and I do from time to time) but nothing ever gets done and I am not going to be complaining every time. Some of these movies really aren't worth it

This is one of the reasons theater attendance is down. it's not just that it's cheaper to stay at home and rent, but you don't have to deal with all the bullshit. Bring back ushers who used to tell people to shut the fuck up. And yes cell phones have ruined the experience too.

Another thing that annoys me at the movie theater is the way a person sitting near me or next to me reacts to a scene. If there is a sex scene or a bloody scene someone next to me will go, "Oh My God" real loud where other people in the audience can hear them. All I can do is look at them funny and feel tempted to say SHUT UP!

A few days before Halloween the movie theater in my town had this ting called "Fright Night". For some odd reason all of the people there thought it was a good idea to make a mess with there popcorn. in about 5 minuets you could not see the carpet anymore because of all of the popcorn on the ground.

Ok, went to go see Megamind and wanted for the whole line to calm down. Once we get inside, the previews come up. And guess what? The Gayest movie ever, Justin Bieber: Never say Never! All the girls are sceaming all over the movie theater. All the guys were booing, and I booed with them. I wanted to get out of there but nope, I wanted to see this movie. I hate theaters, I went there with my mom actully, and there was this 14 year old kid sitting behind me kicking the seat, I turned my head arround and asked kindley "could you stop?" he stopped for like 1 minute, then he started again, I found a selution tho, I grabbed he's fot, and pulled as hard as I could over my shoulder , the dude fell and got hurt I laughed and the funny part, I got banned from the theater, so I dont worry about going to another unplesent theater movie again :)

Of course it's always when I have my day of work:):):)
The theatre is always empty - up to maybe 10 people - so I can choose the very lonely seat for myself:):):)

One thing thats annoying at the movie is when people come in just to talk to each other and not even pay attention to the movie.
You see like 2 guy friends or 2 girl friends come in and they are like talking non-stop throughout the movie. And then during the movie if they even pay attention they're talking "Omg, why did she go in there? I dont know! Shes so stupid. I know, right?"...... I need a shotgun next time I go....

I saw Paranormal activity 2 yesterday and it was fucking anoying! The Movie was great (well the parts i could hear were great) people kept fucking screaming at nothing... If someone was to open a door they would scream... Then their was fucking little middle schoolers in there saying "your mom" and a fat ass next to me got a phone call and let it ring oh and not once but fucking twice! Then people kept moving their popcorn bags around and were being anoying, then there were some anoying blacks.

lol last movie i went to go watch was inception and i was sitting all that way in the back and this guy walks in with a huge jacket on. the reason it was so big was because i think he brought his fridge along with him, and a couple of 40 oz's. so hes opening up his tupperware full of buffalo wings and hes eating loudly, smacking his lips and taking chugs of beer, and some guy tells him to shut up so the dude throws the bottle at him and they just start a fight. Security stopped the movie =P

i cant reamember any anoying things that have happend to me but i was at the theatre once , i most likely should not tell you guys this but me and my friends had bought some kandy and it wassnt the best movie ever so vi licked at some candy and trew it on peaple, and there was thes bold guy sitting 4 seats below me and i trew at him and it got stuck at his head, so me and my friends was dying of laughter. it wassnt very nice thoug but fun:P
