Harvey Levin is strangely cartoon-like, especially when he says "litigants for the next case on the way to the court room," and he lifts his eyebrows up in that animated way of his. He does that in so many episodes (but not in all) that after watching him do this so many times, I get the impression that he's some kind of puppet. His crafters must have found the bulbous nose endearing. 5:48
Plaintiff was so full of himself when he walked in I expected a much better case from him. Somehow I believe the defendant theory that he was looking for a way to pay his new roof bill.
He keeps saying 90 degree day. Temperature has almost no effect on cured cement, only on asphalt. The castors on the back of a dumpster where it rolls off the truck are very wide, they resemble a miniature asphalt roller wheel, the rubber tires on the truck would do more damage. It's marks from the wheels rolling crushing the sand already on the driveway making a fine white dust that could be swept off.
I agree. If his whole driveway was done with a cold mix, okay maybe... but this is just vendictive. It's not like an asphalt driveway is the predefining aspect of any home. Get a pressure washer and move on.
He should've washed it before taking the video out. also if you want to emphasize something you should have the sun hitting the item 90º sideways to the video/camera, but no sun makes an even lit blanket camouflaging any defects in the driveway..
if they damaged my driveway to the tune of 1800 bucks i wouldn't have told them if they dropped the charge of $158 bucks i wouldn't sue them for the 1800. Sounds like he's just pissed
P delayed bringing damage to D's attention, had no estimate of repairs, no proof that the driveway was new last year, rotten pictures. Dead in the water.
Give me 10 minutes and I can fix that "damage."

@Brraaaappify Interesting comment. Makes me wonder if maybe any real damage was the roofers.

I think the only damage there was is in his head

@THEJEDEYEMASTER sure, he also could of done it at night, with a good flashlight, and the shadows would of surfaced the supposedly dumpster marks.

hmmm, I think the announcer and the man who interviews the litigents at the end are the same person! Anyone agree??

@shredb79 It is, he's the announcer and court reporter, totally agree.

@shredb79 sure i agree too. Its the same voice, no doubt about it. But when announcing he puts more spice and fun-drama to it.lol.

Yikes! I know the plaintiff's heart dropped when he saw how lousy his video "evidence" was.
