Im not saying Im out of shape, but the other day I lost my breath riding an escalator. My gut jiggles when I watch somebody run on TV. And the last time my doctor tried to draw my blood, all that came out was cherry pie filling. So maybe I could stand to tone up a little. The only problem is, that takes effort. As a road cyclist i have to say that the easiest way to burn is to go on long hard and hilly road bike ride. all i know is in my normal training ride i burn i shitload of calories
I had an "accident" on my knee two years ago, I didn't get a surgery but Im "scared" to try this excersices and all the repetitions, Do you have anything that works like this but without putting so much effort on the knees??

this was warm up for practice for rugby... EXCEPT we had to run a mile or 2 not 3minute... instead of those 100meters we had to do like 400-600meters... depends on our coachs mood x.x everything was pretty much more than this video... warm up lasts abou 30min....
lol, this is turning out to be a myth for me but women never do a full motion of pushups? And this is bootcamp? You should check out Zuzanna from bodyrock. Now that's bootcamp. And she actually does her pushups properly.
@Marzil-I think its a great idea to have fit ppl doing the workouts. If a person that isnt fit does the workout the viewers wont be able to get the full effect of the video. We wont see the muscle groups that are supposed to be targeted. Do u actually think the average Joe can finish the entire workout without stopping......I dont think so! It would be a video with a bunch of ppl on their huffing and puffing and doing the workout incorrectly and who wants to see that
I'm sick of people trying to make the point about "fit" trainers/trainees performing in instructional videos like it's a bad thing. That's the whole point WHY they're fit - because they've been doing the exercises! So just get your butt into gear and start doing the exercises so you can also get fit!!
I dont think they should have fit sexy women doing fitness videos. i go on these videos to get fit and lose weight, but when i see a fit woman, i stop thinking about training and get dirty thoughts in my head:) lol

@oliviaolas You can do this! I love food too! I started at 225# (6 ft) and now am 185#, and I eat MORE and love my diet - huge portions, more flavor, less indigestion, more energy, no guilt, etc. I did it by first being flexitarian, then pescatarian, then vegatarian, then vegan. I don't recommended a particular diet to anyone, but I like to tell how grEAT it works for me. I eat as much as I want, am never starving, and maintain a great weight for me. Vegan + hard exercise was all I needed.
why is it that fitness vids always show perfectly fit people doing the exercises. They should show the average person doing them so they can look more realistic.
@marzil yeah you are right i can't even catch up what they doing lol seriously what usally fitness people doing is it hard and complicated. like jumping excercise, running, push up, etc and they kept doing without taking a break, for me 8 min of doing all that stuff is killing me.

the reason they don't make the avg person do it is because form is much more important than reps or how long you last, if the form is improper then you defeat the whole purpose of working out in the first place....

@marzil Because most people want to get inspiration from people that they'd like to look like once they've achieved their own fitness goals. This IS realistic. If you work hard, this can be reality.

@marzil you think there fit. there more fit than my sister i could tell you that. but to gain more respect for women and men if they do exercises me and my friends do. run over 3 miles in the morning and try to do it at nght. over 2,000 crunches a day (split into 4 set) do 6 to 7 sets of 30 push-ups. and at the end playing and type of sport that makes you sweat. A 30 min game of basket ball going all out the whole entire time you would lose well over 5 lbs.

why is it that fitness vids always show perfectly fit people doing the exercises. They should show the average person doing them so they can look more realistic.

@marzil yeah you are right i can't even catch up what they doing lol seriously what usally fitness people doing is it hard and complicated. like jumping excercise, running, push up, etc and they kept doing without taking a break, for me 8 min of doing all that stuff is killing me.

the reason they don't make the avg person do it is because form is much more important than reps or how long you last, if the form is improper then you defeat the whole purpose of working out in the first place....

@marzil at one point everyone is average so by doing this as a profession they have got to become fit. why would anyone take health and fitness advice of a fat guy. you would just think what does he know hes fat :S

@marzil Because most people want to get inspiration from people that they'd like to look like once they've achieved their own fitness goals. This IS realistic. If you work hard, this can be reality.

@marzil they need to actually show how this is done properly so then the audience would be capable of copying what is done in the video. thats like searching up a "how to" vid and your complaining that the person in the video is a pro, and an "average" person should do it. Dont you want the person to know exactly what they're doing?

@marzil you think there fit. there more fit than my sister i could tell you that. but to gain more respect for women and men if they do exercises me and my friends do. run over 3 miles in the morning and try to do it at nght. over 2,000 crunches a day (split into 4 set) do 6 to 7 sets of 30 push-ups. and at the end playing and type of sport that makes you sweat. A 30 min game of basket ball going all out the whole entire time you would lose well over 5 lbs.
