I think you got fired for doing what you did! Not because someone told you to do it! you like to scheme people! so good thing your out of the bank! try hustling some bubble gum with your BS!
@VitaminD2010 The bank trains employees to be robots of the system created by the executives. The bank creates the computer system for their fraud. The Board approves all of it. Thank you.
@jwerner79 So true... USB employees are blind henchmen. They strive to do well for their master. It surprises me how they can sleep at night, knowing of all the shady acts the bank is perpetrating. I'm sure they turn the blind eye, because it is just their job, and they are only doing, as their master bids.
@jwerner79 I commence with litigations against US Bank this week. My barracuda attorney assures me that I will win. I think he's right. Also, the courts are currently way out of favor with big banks. I'm just an average individual, with limited funds. I want to show people not to be afraid of going after a bank, if they feel they have been done wrong. Banks ARE fallable, and CAN be beaten. Wrong, is wrong, and banks need to learn they must adhere to the laws of the US as the rest of us
@Ebenoozen The problem with the courts is that the banks have piled so many cases (business - dollars) into the courts, that the courts are coerced to give the banks what they want because they want to keep getting repeat junk business (cases) from the banks. Do not be surprised if the judges laughs you out of court; the banks can certainly be beaten, but not in courts right now. Take the venue elsewhere until we get favor and honesty in court.
@jwerner79 Yes, and my attorney would agree with you. We are getting around that. My local branch froze my account 8/1, with what THEY called "floating funds", (which was not the case), and there were no returned checks. They realized they had made a mistake, and started to cry "Sneed act" because of a real estate sale check I ignorantly deposited 8/1. It cleared the trust fund 8/2. Today 8/18, my account is still frozen. We're going after the branch bank, as this was all initiated there.
@jwerner79 After the branch mgr. failed to return his calls, my attorney faxed her our demands. Late that day, a legal boy from the tall glass tower in Mnpls. called my a attorney. They had a check cut for me, and were going to mail it, We said no! No mail, and a chance for another excuse. I picked one up a my branch bank. USB must have felt culpable, as they refunded $300 in returned check fee's my payee's incurred. I'm investigating pursuing this further; Wanting blood vs.feasibility tho
Without the participation of the masses business, these entities would not be able to exist; thus, it is time to take your power back and put your money in the local community banks. Only do business with local and community businesses. We can revive our economy without the "help" of government, and BS bailouts. Without us, they are NOTHING.
This has to be the most naive of the bunch of videos. You're classifying everyone that works for this company in the same light. This is the same thing that's happened at any other credit card issuing, however it's not the norm. This happens with unethical employees, not the masses. Second, you don't know much about credit, 2 or 3 points is completely false. And banks don't pull credit from ONE credit bureau, they pull randomly from one of the three.
You should post a video exposing "Elan Financial Services". Basically, if you have a credit card that is issued by Elan U.S. Bank OWNS that card, not your local bank and credit union. Some of the larger ones include; Commerica, Desert Schools FCU, Chevron FCU, PNC (joint issuance), and thousands more across the country
Say what you will about issuing credit cards without permission, the minute the customer activates that card and starts using it they are responsible for their actions. Nobody is putting a gun to their head and telling them to use that card. All it takes is a quick cut with scissors or a toss into the shredder and it would be done. People need to take responsibility for their own actions and stop blaming banks.
Lets face it dude, you have nothing better to do than sit here and post youtube videos to try to increase your e-penis. Its really doing nothing. If you want a case for this, go fight it with unemployement, or your senator or someone that cares. I showed people I work with these videos and they all merely laugh at your lack of competence. If i were your DM I would quit simply for being retarded enough to hire you on.
Nobody in US Bank or any bank would be so neive to say nobody ever has booked a CCD or Loan when they shouldnt, but they lose jobs. You clearly did not follow anything in the company or you would be aware that these people get fired. You messed up and had a $1,000 shortage. When you were hired on, there was paperwork you signed that says that if you take a shortage or overage over $xx.xx then you can lose your job. Do not be mad because your boss did the right thing in upholding that policy
Truly, I'm not mad. Remember, this happened in 2004.
Furthermore, I built many strong and lasting relationships through my employment at USB and time in Cincy for Banker Bowl. I still communicate with some USB friends. There are many good people at USB.
the ethics hotline works to weed out those doing wrong things, i have seen it work. I have seen people violating rules and policies fired as they should have been.
And collapsing? Banking hasnt laid off over 750,000 jobs like the auto industry. I wasnt around for the sub-prime lending. But theres a reason US Bank is one of the top 2 STRONGEST banks at the moment. Banks obviously make mistakes, as does ANYONE ELSE! And no matter where or what, there will always be those that cheat.
As an manager for US Bank, I think youre a complete moron. You do not understand the system, you do not use your resources, and you did not comply with the policies.
When i was hired on, I heard the stories of people that have been fired for opening accounts, loans, or credit cards without customers permission. People get caught for this and lose jobs.
Use the internal hotlines, it works, I have seen proof that people get fired for these things.
"U.S. Bank does have a 24 hour ethics line that can remain anonymous, to report all ethical issues. If you didn't call, you are just as unethical as the person advising you to do something unethical."
Evidently, you didn't listen to the video.
And thank you for bringing Richard Davis into this. Maybe you can have him explain the fraud that occurs. Or maybe a person whose first name begins with "H" in security in Cleveland can explain why the fraud is ignored.
...you WERE probably fired for sending credit cards to your customers that didn't want them. I hope that your DM got fired too if they were telling you to do it. U.S. Bank does have a 24 hour ethics line that can remain anonymous, to report all ethical issues. If you didn't call, you are just as unethical as the person advising you to do something unethical. If you did it...you are the "fraudulent" person! Richard Davis has only told us to do what is right for the customer!
One day there was $147,000 and the next day there was $146,000 (I think those were the amounts). I remember that day clearly and I highly doubt I accidentally allowed a customer to have $1,000 too much. I did not cover my assets.
I truly believe there is a good possibility that two people went into the vault under dual control and did something.
I must say the DM was not happy that I took a day off in October for Bush's campaign (although I no longer support him).
Gap did this to me. I went to pay for clothing, and it was automatically put on a credit card I received later. I didn't want it and wanted to pay debit, but it was already charged at the register when I showed my ID for my debit card... it's ridiculous
I am a former ops for usbank and he is right! I uncovered some (very)wrong doing by one of the mgr in cc(sheit you can get sued over). I reported it to district mgr and she received a slap on the wrist...I how ever was on the sheit list. They are still working there!!! You hit the nail on the head with this one.
Good video. I also heard that Bank of America was giving (are they still?) $5000 credit cards to illegal aliens. How crazy is that? Obviously a vast majority of that money was never paid back. It was passed on the the legit consumers through increased fees.
I think you got fired for doing what you did! Not because someone told you to do it! you like to scheme people! so good thing your out of the bank! try hustling some bubble gum with your BS!

@rizziesd It is happening by unethical employees, but upper management allows the lack of supervision for a distinct reason: Quick sales.
