I've been pole walking, but doing it wrong (somehow I've been taking two steps for every pole "step" and also have had the pole up and town (parallel to my body) instead of at an angle.  Thanks for posting this.

I had been reading some book before trying it out, this short video is very helpful indeed. With no nordic walkers miles around, but me, and no instructors, how else I could know that I 'did it right... Enjoy your walking outdoors!
