  • Thats half japanese kobe cow and half american angus cow, so its not as good as the 100 % japanese kobe. And you can tell that the "Marble " in these meat are not that impressive.

  • pfft the guy is too pussy to bite the yellow pepper what a loser. Kaga is over 9000 times better than the guy. Also, the intro looks like it was conceived by 15 yr olds you don't get that sense of an epic battle is about to take place like in the original iron chef.

  • The chairman's pepper-apple intro is a play off of the original Iron Chef, where their chairman takes a bite out of a yellow pepper in the intro. So it's like he's about to do the same eating pepper intro, but then changes his mind.

  • @JVL8701 It's a reference to the original Japanese show, where the chairman would bite into a yellow pepper. This chairman is an actor playing the role of the original's nephew, hence the bowing to the pepper. I guess he bites into an apple because he can't do it with the pepper.
