  • jESES IS GOD.

  • I think most Christians truly believe that...now some so-called christians such as Jehovah's Witnesses and Mormons don't accept this truth...other than that Jesus is God is standard orthodox teaching.

  • Amen say a word

  • That's the way church should be, this takes me back. The traditional head covering is beautiful too. I can appreciate this.

  • I love it! March for Jesus

  • Are we still marching in?!?! Things brings me back!!! Yes! March right into Zion children!

  • you have too rightly divide the word of God. In corinthians that was their custom for the women to have their head covered. it not required to get into heaven. I'm apostolic as well and the women in my church don't cover their heads. we also have women preachers.

  • We still wear our hats b cuz the bible tells us to look modestand to also be not like the world and theres nutin wrong with a woman wearing hats that's how a holy woman suppose to look and women are not premitted 2 preach thus sey many sciptures in the bible and ur preacher is a false prophet for letting that go on

n if u or ne 1 has a problem with wat i sed hit me up

  • @holinessgirl4life Then what about Debra, she was a judge of Isreal

  • Make a joyful noise unto the Lord! Michal was judged by God for her judging the praises of David. When we sing or praise God, it for Him to accept it or not. Watch out when you judge praises that are intended for God. Please be very careful...you did not wake these people up nor did you die for them. They have a right to praise His holy name. Our thoughts are very different from God's especially when we judge other's praises. This was wonderful to me.

  • You are right,ejean62, God accepts praises according to the heart of the worshipper, not according to the musical tastes of men.

  • The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid! Amen

I Love to Praise His Name!!!!

  • Old school marchin' that takes me back, I didn't know churches still did the choir march.

  • I know right. THose were the days.

  • i don't bout those that didn't feel the spirit but I did!!! sometimes u gotta get the past the singin and get to those words

  • lol i sing this song at church..oh god forgive me,but this wus so bad! this is not how this song go!!

  • um...Im sorry but the spirit of God aint in this song and when they marched all the way around the church that was something.....and no they did not do a reprise, oh my, Lord forgive me but this is to much for me, and why are they covering their head, we dont live under the law anymore, me live under grace and mercy...Jesus, people stuck in the old testamnet

  • if you read in the new testament it clearly says that it is dishonorable for a woman to pray with her head uncovered...read the bible for yourself....But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven...I Corinthians 11:5

  • You should get down to the 15th verse of the same chapter where it states that the Lord has given them their hair for a covering...

  • so true!! but even if we were to accept a hat or similar material, we must put it in the context of that day...is that a custom of our day, our culture or are we forcing women to live as the Romans did? Of course, the Bible is true, but we must contextualize what Paul is saying in I Corinthians 11. In the Greco-Roman world it seems that women either had long hair and/or wore a covering as a sign of respect to her husband...a sign of marriage possibly. The marriage ring is a sign of marriage.

  • All i have to say is WOW.............

  • growing up in an apostolic church i thought it was silly for the women to be required to cover their hair. my church use to do but over the years the women have completely stopped. I also think that women wearing pants, earrings, make up and other things is not a problem. I think its just a way to keep women under control. The men dont have that many restrictions.

  • are they jamaican?

  • sorry, but it was not just some parts!!!!!!!!!

  • I'm sorry they were all off key and this is my favorite song that i lead all the time over its okay but its was just some parts no no

  • WOW!!! was this filmed in This millenium?

This reminds me of my childhood in the 70's. Say it aint so!! WOW!!! OMG!!

  • Is that lady asking how to text on her cell phone @ 2:25 in the middle of the march in!!! That is funny :}

  • Good Work people :) the right thing halulujah :0!!!!!! my grandma is a preast :D

  • I am Apostolic, a member of the Way of the Cross Churches, and its a beautiful thing to see the apostolic women cover their head.

  • No they did not march all the way around the church from one end to another?!!!!!!!

  • i think i agree with musigal, i never knew peeps still marched in....i did that lyk ages ago when i was in children's choir in my church

  • That custom comes from scripture. I don't practice it, but here's what it says: 1 Corinthians 11:5-6 "5And every woman who prays or prophesies with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is just as though her head were shaved. 6If a woman does not cover her head, she should have her hair cut off; and if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut or shaved off, she should cover her head". I could go into it more, but that's where it comes from.

  • I really dont think woman have to physically wear something on their heads but have a covering( pastor or somebody praying for her) Its prombably ok for the cutural purposes

  • Yeah, someone explained that to me once...but people have adapted that into their own culture...some denominations even too. I agree with u though

  • Yup...I what Ntla063 said. Lol. People of the Apostolic faith practice the literal head covering of women.

  • Thats a tradition that Jamaican churches have. A woman is said to have head covering while in the house of the lord, and since they're singing in the choir they have to have their head covered.

  • i did'nt know that pep still marched in?

  • what are the things on the women heads, and what does it stand for?
