Hey man grt8 vid....i'm learning slow wheelie myself but i'm nothing close to you, do you let go of the clutch once you have it up as i am finding it hard to use my hand brake and clucth at the same time.
@tiksu4 ... thanks .... yeah man ... keep the clutch covered with one finger at least...I know it's wierd and hard at first ....but it gets easier... and You'll be needing it in the future to do stalls etc. Have fun and keep practicing !!
do you have to set your idle speed higher to keep a wheelie balanced without your hands? and do you use a hand break? or do you just balance and use the rear break?
@chasebrasfield1 good questions.... yes ....turning up the idle is common for stunting.... and being able to take your hand off the throttle .... I have a handbrake and a footbrake ...I use whichever is easier to access at the moment...lots of stunters dont have a handbrake.... but you always need to keep your foot close to the brake to make a save.... like seatstanders or Flamingos or tanktricks would be hard (but not impossible ) without a handbrake .
@MrMattWebb .... give it gas and accelerate while it's coming down ...and it sets it down easier....It takes alittle practice toget it right though (just like any part of Stuntin' ) lotsa practice ....
@skeletonjack500 ...good eye bud.... when learning slow wheelies...it is common to run low air pressure in the rear 10 or 12 Lbs...it helps the side to side balance a little .... the better you get ...the more air you can put in your tire.... I was running about 12 or 15 back then...now Im up to about 29psi.... but I still suck ...lol
You're pretty slick, dude. *thumbs up* Also nice to see someone stunting with their damn gear on, too much testosterone and not enough (un)common sense in our sport. Keep the tach and the wheel both up, bro. B-D
I have an 04 triumph daytona 600, do I need a bigger sprocket? I cant not clutch it up slower than about 30mph, also how the hell do I slow my wheelies down? any help would be great
It's fuel injected...so it'll run at 12 oclock all day long (i have the idle turned up to about 2800 rpms)...and yes i have the oil pickup mod. and yes ..I have a Handbrake ..and I'm still learning how to use it good.

In some clips the back tire looks flat, I think it's probably just the video
