does anyone else get a real euphoric, "flushed" feeling when doing these??
i notice that my face tingles, mr cheeks go rosy, a vein (or something) just under my jaw seems to make my whole face flush and when i look in the mirror i look really rejuvinated?
The anchor who introduced this video stated that Carolinda Witt developed the 5 Tibetan exercise rites. I don't believe she developed them but wrote a book about them. That should be clarified for the YouTube viewers.
The Five Tibetan Rites were developed by monks some believe around 2,500 years ago & brought to the West in the 1930's by a Westerner. Carolinda Witt an experienced teacher of the Rites modified them to make them safer/easier for today's lifestyle. Protecting the back with core stability & a greater focus on breathing. The method is called "T5T" to clarify. Stands for "The Five Tibetan Rites & Energy Breathing Program".
I bought this DVD and the book six weeks ago and found it excellent! The people demonstrating each step in the studio with verbal instructions made is so easy to follow and learn. I haven't got up to 21 repetitions yet, but when I do - I can't wait to see if I can keep up with the group of practitioners at the end. Oh, and the music is great!
From TNT to T5T, nice progress.
